摘　　要：高职学院开展职业素质养成教育,对于提高人才培养质量、提高学院的核心竞争力均具有重要的意义。高职学院要成功开展职业素质养成教育,必须以科学分析其构成要素为前提和依据,以知识学习与实践活动结合为实施路径。Developing education of students＇ professional ethics and qualities in vocational colleges plays important role in enhancing both the quality of the talents and the key competitive power of the colleges. Whether these activities are full of effects is based on the scientific analysis of the components of students＇ professional ethics and qualities, and they are to be implemented by means of combination of knowledge learning and practical activities.
