摘　　要：为了深化高职教育校企合作,高职院校必须理顺关系、更新观念,创新办学体制,重新构建适应校企合作、工学结合的新型教学及管理体系,以双赢互利为原则,不断探索校企合作的新机制,把高技能人才培养工作推向新台阶。To deepen cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education, higher vocational institutes must coordinate all kinds of relationship, upgrade ideas, innovate education system, and reconstruct a series of new teaching and managing system fit for cooperation between colleges and enterprises and working -learning combination. Based on the principle of mutual benefit and consistent exploration into this new mechanism, we can push forward the work of skilled personnel training to a higher level.
