摘　　要：宗教是人们为了摆脱某种现实或处境而自行设想出一种理想世界的结果。宗教艺术就是人们舍弃物质和精神而追求理想的体现。它是实现自由的一种途径,而不是实现自由的目的。宗教艺术由于带有宗教属性,往往强调高度的技巧,其思想内容则被神灵所赋予,而且它否定了人自身的价值,把人的能动性降到最低。另一方面,作为一种艺术,它又带有自由的寄托。所以宗教艺术带有一种限定之美。Religion is a result of the idea that humans get out of the dark. Religious art reflects that they abandon their property and spirit to seek the idea. It＇s a way to achieve freedom, but not a purpose. The masterly skill is more important for the religious art and the substance is given by the god. What＇s more, it negates human value and pushes out the subjective initiative to a low field. So the beauty of the religious art is restricted.
