摘　　要：针对目前我国高校创业教育存在的问题,借鉴美国创业教育的经验,从完善创业教育课程,改进教学方式方法、建立"双师型"教师团队、丰富第二课堂,举办各类创业活动、建立健全大学生创新创业激励机制、依靠政府和社会的有力支撑,促进创业转化等五个方面对我国高校创业教育发展提出对策。The paper aims at the existing problems of carve-out education, drawing on their American carve-out education experience. The paper puts forward the countermeasures of carve-out education from four aspects： the system of carve-out education should also be improved, setting up the team of the professional and part-time teachers for carve-out education, organizing different carve-out activities to enrich the second class, setting up new and improving existing mechanisms for college student to carve out, promoting transformation of carve-out with the powerful backup of the government and the society.
