摘　　要：从确立高校辅导员队伍专业化和职业化观念及加强辅导员工作的专业理论建设、培训体系建设、专业化发展的工作平台建设等方面,论述了加强高校辅导员队伍建设的重要性,以期促进高校辅导员队伍建设,进一步做好学生的教育与管理工作。The paper expounds the significance of enhancing the college instructor team construction from such aspects as the establishment of the policy of professionalization and specialization, the devolvement of professional theory, training system and the operating platform for professionalization. The present ideas can promote the development in this respect and help to the teaching and management of college students.
