基于核心技能的现代服务业应用型人才实训方案的创新研究

摘　　要：基于核心技能的现代服务业应用型人才实训方案以情景、刺激和反馈为设计逻辑主线,充分考虑企业对应用型人才的语言表达、沟通、决策、计算等核心技能的要求,训练程序包括教师提供相关信息、培训、分组、模拟经营、对抗演练、综述与分析、小结等7个环节。调查分析表明,采用此种实训方案,学生的核心技能得到很大程度提高,职业素质明显提升。The applied talent training program of modern service industry based on core skills take scenarios,incentives and feedback as the main logic line of design,give full consideration to the requirements of applied talents of enterprises,such as language,communication,decision making,calculation and other ＂core skills＂,and the training procedures include seven steps：teachers providing information,training,grouping,simulation management,confrontation training,review and analysis,summary and other.Analysis showed that,students＇ core skills have been improved greatly and their professional quality improved significantly by the training program.
