摘 要:首席研究员是地方社科院引进和使用优秀的学科带头人和学术带头人,促进学科建设的一种有益的尝试。目前,一些地方社科院已经推出了相关领域的首席研究员,并制定了首席研究员的聘用和管理制度。本文试图对这一人才培养和引进制度进行探讨,以期进一步推动地方社科院的人才队伍建设和学科建设创新。The chief researcher system is a positive and brave try at talented person construction and subject construction in local academy of social sciences.Nowadays, some local academy of social sciences had elected chief researchers, built employing and management system. This article researches the chief researchers system and makes several proposals. the authors propose that it is necessary to build chief researchers system in local academy of social sciences because the system has very important meaning for talents training and subject construction. At the same time, they think that building the system should stress three aspects: chief researchers shall have remarkable achievements and outstanding contributions to the development of philosophy and social sciences; we should make bold innovations to the series of training and selections system; we must create an environment for talents free competition. Finally, the chief researchers should join CASS Members and talents training system of social sciences.
