高校老年教工脂肪肝流行情况及危险因素

摘　　要：目的:了解高校老年教工脂肪肝患病情况及危险因素。方法:对华南农业大学60岁以上教职工693人进行健康检查,询问一般情况,测量身高、体重、腰围、血压,空腹查血脂四项、血糖、尿酸及肝脏B超,然后统计分析。结果:脂肪肝平均患病率29.29%;与饮酒无显著相关;男性60岁患病率高于其他年龄组;高甘油三酯血症、空腹血糖受损、高血压病、超重、肥胖、腰围增大、缺乏有效运动的检出率,脂肪肝组均显著高于非脂肪肝组。结论:高校老年教工脂肪肝患病率较高;主要为非酒精性脂肪肝;男女患病率无明显差异;平均患病率随年龄增加而降低,但差异性无显著。60岁组男性、超重、肥胖、腰围增大、高甘油三酯血症、空腹血糖受损、高血压病、缺乏有效运动是高校老年教工脂肪肝的危险因素。Objective：To investigate the situation and risk factors of fatty liver in old-age teachers and staff members in colleges and universities.Method：693 teachers and staff members above 60 years old in South China Agricultural University were given Physical examinations including general health conditions,height,weight,waistline,blood Pressure,and tetrachoric blood lipoid,blood sugar,uric acid,liver ultrasonograPhy when fasting.Result：The average morbidity of fatty liver is 29.29% which have no significant correlation with alcohol. The morbidity of male Patients above 60 years old is higher than other grouPs. The relevance ratio of hyPertriglyceridemia,IFG（imPaired fasting glucose）,hypertension,overweight,fat,hyPer waistline,shortage of effective sPorts in fatty liver grouP is significant higher than non-fatty liver grouPs.Conclusion：The morbidity of fatty liver of old-age teachers and staff members in colleges and universities is high and is mainly non-alcoholic.The morbidity between male and female have no significant difference.The average morbidity lowers with age but there is no significant difference.The risk factors of fatty liver for old-age teachers and staff members in colleges and universities include age above 60 years old,male,overweight,fat,hyPer waistline,hyPertriglyceridemia,IFG,hyPertension,shortage of effective sPorts.
