摘　　要：本文结合哈尔滨师范大学恒星学院的办学特色,从校企合作模式、教学体系改革、师资队伍建设以及创新人才培养模式等方面介绍了恒星学院开展校企合作,培养IT应用型创新人才的具体措施,并给出了进一步的思考。This article unifies the Harbin Normal university Star College’s school characteristic discussed the school-enterprise cooperation model, education system reform, teaching staff, and cultivation of innovative talents aspects and so on, also introducced the Star University in cooperation between enterprises and training IT application and innovation talent of the specific measures ,and given further thought.
