摘  要:目的:研究独角莲块茎中的挥发性成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取独角莲块茎中的挥发油成分,用GC-MS进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:独角莲块茎普通粉中分离鉴定出23个化学成分,占挥发油总量的97.11%,其中相对百分含量大于2.0%有7种;超微粉中分离鉴定出31个化学成分,占挥发油总量的91.60%,其中相对百分含量大于2.0%有10种。两种粉末挥发性成分中有21种相同成分,超微粉中含量高于普通粉中相应成分的有11种,其中含量最高的均为己醛(38.18%,普通粉)和(21.49%,超微粉)。结论:本文首次对独角莲块茎普通粉和超微粉挥发性成分进行了对比研究,为其研究应用提供科学依据。Objective:To study the chemical compositions of the volatile oil from Typhonium giganteum Engl.. Methods:The essential oil of the plants were extracted by wet distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the volatile constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. Results:Twenty-three kinds of compounds from the ordinary powder of the stem of Typhonium giganteum Engl.were separated and characterized,which accounts for 97.11% of the volatile constituents. There were seven kinds whose relative contents were more than 2.0%; thirty-one kinds of compounds from the micronized powder of the stem of Typhonium giganteum Engl.were separated and characterized,which accounted for 91.60% of the volatile constituents. There were ten kinds whose relative contents were more than 2.0%. And,there were the same of twenty-one kinds chemical constituents in the two kinds of powder,of which the contents of eleven constituents from the micronized powder were more than those in the ordinary powder. Their most relative content was Hexanal (31.18% ordinary powder,21.49% micronized powder ). Conclusion:This paper reports,for the first time,the comparison of volatile constituents of both the ordinary and micronized powder of the stem of Typhonium giganteum Engl..
