摘　　要：本文讨论了ＭＯＣＶＤ源物质Ｔｉ（ＯＣ４Ｈ９）４的重复性．首次实验发现了Ｔｉ（ＯＣ４Ｈ９）４的重复性问题．研究结果表明，热学性质的变化是Ｔｉ（ＯＣ４Ｈ９）４的重复性发生变化的根本原因．Abstract In this paper, the repetitiveness of MOCVD source is discussed, and the repetitiveness question of Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 is discovered experimentally for the first time. Research results show that change of the repetitiveness of Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 is due to the change of its thermal property.
