高等教育强国建设的势科学机制研究

摘　　要：宇宙社会的演化与发展和人才组织的成长是由真空势、化学势、生物势和信息势等不同层次上的"势"推动的,研究"势"的产生和运行机制的科学叫势科学。根据信息人社会之六维信息势理论,建设高等教育强国必须营造财富信息势,加大高等教育货币信息的投入量;营造权力信息势,提升高等教育在国家政策规划中的地位;营造教育知识信息势,深化高等教育教学改革;营造情感信息势,推动高等教育的大众化;营造艺术信息势,推动高等教育的和谐发展;营造虚拟抽象信息势,提升高等教育的实力和水平。The evolution and development of the universal society and the growth of personnel organization are promoted by the ＂potential＂ of different levels such as the potentials of vacuum, chemistry, biology and information. The science that researches the production and operating mechanism of the ＂potential＂ is called as potential science. According to the potential theory of six-dimensional information in the information society, In order to build powerful nation by higher education, it is necessary to create a potential of wealth information and increase the amount of input of currency information into higher education; to create an information potential of power, enhance the position of higher education in the planning of national policy; to construct an information potential of educational knowledge and deepen the teaching reform of higher education; to create an information potential of emotion and promote the popularization of higher education; to create an information potential of art and promote the harmonious development of higher education; to create an information potential of virtual abstraction and enhance the strength and level of higher education.
