摘　　要：站在超市的角度,建立了优质猪肉供应链合作伙伴选择的指标体系,以此来对上游的养猪场和中游的肉类加工企业进行选择。在指标体系的基础上用VIKOR法构建了合作伙伴选择模型,并运用该模型对多个潜在合作伙伴进行评价选择,为实际运作提供了借鉴。Aiming at establishing quality pork supply chains and sharpening the competitive edge of large-scale supermarkets, the paper constructs an index system for the partnership selection of quality pork supply chain from the pe^pective of supermarket to guide the selection of upstream pig farms and midstream meat processing enterprises. Then, on the basis of the index system, it employs VIKOR algorithm to establish the partnership selection model and applies it to the evaluation and optimal selection of potential partners, providing reference for the practical us- age of the model.
