我国“富二代”素质教育对策研究

摘　　要：作为新兴的富裕阶层,"富二代"引起社会越来越多的关注,但其在公众舆论中多以负面形象出现。"富二代"自身存在的素质问题集中体现在公民意识淡漠、人文素养欠缺、管理素质堪忧、法律意识不足等方面,其原因既有社会因素也有自身内在原因。加快相关制度的构建完善、探索合理有效的继续培训教育机制和"富一代""富二代"自身的完善强化将是解决"富二代"素质缺陷的治本之策。As a new affluent social class, ＂Rich second-generation＂ has aroused more and more attention, but in public opinion they＇ re negative images. Problems of the quality of ＂Rich second-generation＂ are embodied in many respects： incivism, lack of cultural literacy, lack of managerial ability, lack of legal consciousness. These result from social factors and their own internal reasons. Speeding up construction of related systems, exploring reasonable and effective mechanism for continuing training and education and enhancing the self-improvement of ＂rich first-generation＂ and ＂rich second-generation＂ will be the perfect solution to solve the problem.
