摘  要:培养我军高素质外训翻译干部要从选拔、培养、使用和考核等方面提供健全的制度保证。应从政治思想、爱国主义精神、党和国家的外事方针政策、职业道德和作风纪律等五个方面加强教育,提高外训翻译干部队伍的政治素质。采取语言知识与百科知识、业务知识与工作能力、在职培养与脱产培养、理论研修与实践锻炼相结合的做法,提高外训翻译干部队伍的业务能力素质。A sound system should be guaranteed to train high-quality interpreters of military foreign training from the aspects of selection, cultivation, use and evaluation. Education should he strengthened in terms of political ideology, patriotism, foreign affairs policies of the party and the country, professional ethics and discipline, so as to enhance the political quality of the interpreters. Meanwhile, the way of four combinations (language knowledge in combination with encyclopedic knowledge, professional knowledge with work ability, in-service training with full-time training, and theory with practice) should be adopted to improve their professional quality.
