摘 要:针对外部环境不确定的再制造闭环供应链,采用基于情景分析的鲁棒优化方法,建立了一类基于单方决策型供应链契约的具有多供应商竞争和顾客需求不确定的产品再制造闭环供应链生产计划运作鲁棒优化模型。各供应商可以制定自己的价格策略,企业可通过价格进行优选,模型对新材料、回收品进行分类管理,分类生产与再制造。对基于情景分析的鲁棒优化模型进行了改进,为企业生产计划的制订提供了一个解决方案。数值算例的结果验证了该模型的鲁棒性。A class of scenario-based robust production planning optimization model is proposed for the external environment uncertainty of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain,in which multi-vendor competition and customer demand uncertainty are considered with remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain and unilateral decision-making based supply chain contract.And vendors can develop their own pricing strategy;firms can carry out their own price optimization from vendors;pairs of new materials and recycling materials are classified for production or remanufacturing.At the same time,robust optimization model based on scenario is improved which provides a solution for firm's production planning.The numerical example shows the robustness of the operating strategy.
