鱼用复合动物蛋白粉的研制及其应用

摘　　要：以畜禽和水产品加工后的副产品、下脚料为主要原料，研制了鱼用饲料复合动物蛋白粉。经分析，其常规营养成分和必需氨基酸含量与秘鲁鱼粉近似，价格低于秘鲁鱼粉２０％。用复合动物蛋白饲料和秘鲁鱼粉饲料（对照）在水族箱中进行异育银鲫喂养试验，结果试验组和对照组成活率均为１００％；试验组鱼体增重、肥满度、饲料效率、蛋白质表观消化率、消化酶活性等与对照组差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）；试验组鱼肉品质略好于对照组。综合各项指标，以３号、２１号、２３号鱼用复合动物蛋白饲料组饲养效果最好。Combinated animal protein meal for fish was produced by byproducts and tankages of livestock,poultry and aquatic animals.Contents of crude protein,crude fat,calcium,phosphorus of combinated animal protein meal were equal to those of Peruvian fish meal,but the price was decreased by more than 20%.Substitution of combinated animal protein meal for Peruvian fish meal feeding juvenile gynogenetic crucian carp( Carassius auratus gibelio )was studied in laboratory glass fibre tanks.The results showed as follows:Surivival rate of the experimental groups and the control group was 100%;There was no significent difference between the control and the experiments in weight gain ratio,condition factor,feed conversion ratio,protein apparent digestivility and digestive enzyme activity;Fish muscle quality of the experimental groups was slightly superior to that of the control group.General evaluation of all indexes,feeding effect of No.3,No.21,and No.23 diets was better than the others
