摘　　要：养成教育在人才的培养过程中具有重要作用。要提升大学生的综合素质,就必须以养成教育为载体,联系大学生实际,把握大学生成才规律,在现实生活的践履中,形成良好的生活、学习、工作及心理习惯,促进大学生的全面、健康、和谐发展。而对大学生养成教育最为重要的时期就是大学生的低年级阶段。针对新时代的大学生特点,如何在大学生入学之初通过一系列的养成教育手段帮助新生较好的适应大学生活是本文探讨的重点。Formative education plays an important role in the development of talents.In order to improve the comprehensive quality,we should do myriad of work based on formative education,including studying the students＇ life reality,grasping their developing regulation,helping them to cultivate good habits in life,study,work and especially good psychological habits.All these work will accelerate the student＇s comprehen-sive,healthy and sound development.However,the most important period to implement formative education is the junior grades.In this study,according to the characteristics of the college students,we focus on how to help the freshmen adapt well to life in university by applying a series of methods from formative education.
