摘　　要：为了反映大学生素质综合评价过程中的非线性关系,合理地对大学生进行综合测评,提出了基于径向基函数(RBF)神经网络的大学生综合测评方法,并将其应用于南京农业大学工学院学生的综合测评中,取得了较好的效果。研究证明了基于RBF网络的大学生综合测评方法的实用性和有效性。In order to reflect the nonlinear relationship in the evaluation process and make a reasonable comprehensive evaluation of students,it proposes a comprehensive evaluation method based on radial basis function （RBF） neural network and applies to comprehensive evaluation of students in Nanjing Agricultural University. Through the network test,it obtains good results and proves the practicality and effectiveness of assessment of university students based on RBF networks.
