摘 要:下载GenBank数据库中已公布的花生栽培种基因组DNA序列1718条及EST序列85797条,利用DNAStar软件进行叠连群构建,基因组DNA序列构建叠连群161个,长度共计152940bp,直接鉴定出候选SNP位点5496个,SNP平均出现频率为3.59%;EST序列构建10990个叠连群,长度共计10477241bp,由三条及三条序列以上构成的叠连群的总长度为6524329bp,发现候选SNP位点307179个,SNP平均出现频率为4.71%。In this research, 1 718 genomic DNA sequences and 85 797 ESTs of Arachis hypogaea L. downloaded from GenBank in NCBI were analyzed for SNP discovery. 161 contigs were assembled from the genomic DNA sequences by DNAStar, and the length of the total contigs was 152 940bp, from which 5 496 candidate SNPs were identified directly, and the average frequency of SNPs was 3.59%. 10 990 contigs were assembled from the ESTs, and the length of the total contigs was 10 477 241bp. The length of the total contigs with≥3 ESTs was 6 524 329bp, from which 307 179 candidate SNPs were identified directly, and the average frequency of SNPs was 4.71%.
