构建人本取向的高校学生管理观念体系

摘　　要：目前,高校的学生管理面临很多困境和挑战。学生管理者要从传统的管理思路中走出来,树立人本取向的高校学生管理观念。人本取向的高校学生管理观是要求高校学生管理者在马克思主义哲学的指导下,以现实的学生为出发点,面向学生的生活世界,以促进学生自由而全面的发展为归属,利用科学的方法和手段对学生进行管理的理论与实践。它包括发展的观念、服务的观念、面向学生生活世界的观念、对话的观念和民主与法治的观念。At present, college student management is faced with many difficulties and challenges. The management should replace its traditional management concepts with a people-oriented concept system. This new concept system requires that the management should, under the guidance of Marxism, manage students with scientific methods starting from the real life students and oriented to their life-world to promote their free and all-round development. It includes the concept of development, the concept of service, the concept of confrontation with students＇ life-world, the concept of communication, and the concept of democracy and rule of law.
