摘  要:"学习型组织"是指通过培养整个组织的学习气氛,充分发挥员工的创造性思维能力而建立起来的一种有机的、高度柔性的、扁平的、符合人性的、能持续发展的组织。学习型组织与组织学习有着明显的区别。在对"学习型组织"理论加以探讨、研究的基础上,结合职业教育组织自身的特性提出了:职业教育组织的建设不仅是一个技术问题,而且还是一个社会问题;要形成系统思考的职业教育管理理念;要加强职业教育组织成员的学习管理。A learning organization is referred to such an organization which makes full use of its staff' s innovative thinking capabilities by creating a learning atmosphere for the whole team so as to be organic, highly flexible, people-friendly and developing. There is clear distinction between learning organization and organizational learning. Through the investigation into the theories about learning organization and according to the features of the organizations of vocational education, this paper presents the following idea: the construction of organizations for vocational education is not only a technical problem but also a social issue; the system-thinking concept of vocational education management should be established; as for the members of a vocational education organization, their learning should be under supervision.
