摘　　要：在当前严峻的就业形势下,职业生涯教育,日益显示出在高等教育工作中的重要性。而生涯目标的制定是职业生涯规划中至关重要的一环,不同的生涯目标将引导大学生选择不同的职业。通过对医学本科生的生涯目标所进行的调查,探讨了不同背景变量的医学本科生职业生涯目标的差异情形,分析了差异形成的成因,并提出了解决对策。In the current tough career situation,the importance of the career education became significantly obvious.Therefore,the career objective making is the crucial point in the career planning.The different career objective will lead graduate choose different professions in the end.By investigating the objective among the undergraduates in the medical university,this article discussed the diversity of career objectives among the medical undergraduate students under the different contextual variables,and then put forward the countermeasures based on the re-asons of difference.
