摘　　要：高校辅导员是高校学生思想政治工作队伍的基础,肩负着对大学生实施思想政治教育,维护高校稳定的责任,是高校学生工作的主力军。但是,长期以来,"辅导员是一个临时性的过渡职业"的观念和实际情况始终存在,使辅导员在高校中的重要作用受到影响,队伍自身建设也面临诸多问题。本文通过调研,分析当前高校辅导员队伍建设中存在问题,并提出职业化建设思考。College counselors who are the basis of political and ideological education for college students are the main force in the work of college students, they have the responsibility of the implementation of the political and ideological education and the maintenance of the college stability.However,the important role of college counselors is affected and the construction of college counselors team is also facing many problems because the concept of ＂counselor is a temporary transitional employment＂ and the reality has long been there.Through investigating the paper illustrates the problems of the construction of the current college counselors team and puts forward the thoughts of the professional construction of college counselors team.
