虚拟化的都市文化批判

摘　　要：现代性的全球化推进的一个巨大载体是工业化、城市化。随着城市化水平的提高,都市文化也越来越成为当代文化的核心或主体,研究都市文化有着比以往任何时候都更加迫切的现实意义。都市文化的虚拟化又是都市文化在今天的一个新趋势、新形态,它带来许多新的问题。要真正从根子上认识都市文化的虚拟化,需要从"三种自然"观切入。都市文化的虚拟化一是表现在它的存在空间被虚拟化了;二是表现在媒体意象对人们生活的大量介入,即都市生活被媒介"殖民化"了;三是表现为商品符号世界的形成,它的直线膨胀和对都市的"暴力殖民"。都市文化虚拟化的结果是导致人和自然关系的异化和都市人格的异化。The globalization of modernity is based on the great carrier of industrialization and urbanization.With the increasing of the urbanization level,urban culture is increasingly becoming the core of contemporary culture or its principal part.Therefore,the research on the urban culture is of practical significance more urgent than ever.The virtualization of urban culture is a new trend and new form today with many new problems.To really understand the virtualization of urban culture fundamentally,one has to start with the views of ＂nature.＂ First of all,the virtualization of urban culture lies in its virtualized existence;secondly,it lies in the intervention by virtual media images on people＇s lives,or the urban life has been colonized by the media;and thirdly,it lies in the formation of the symbolic world of commodities in linear expansion and in its ＂colonial violence.＂ The consequence of the virtualization of urban culture is the alienation in the relationship between man and the nature,and the alienation of urban personality.
