摘　　要：文章认为智育心理学的知识和原理对提高高校教师的整体综合素质,培养大学生的能力有着举足轻重的作用,尤其是在完善教师的心理学知识、提高教学研究和教学质量等方面作用显著。In this article, the author thought that the knowledge and principles of intellectual psychology played a decisive role in improving teachers＇ quality and training students＇ ability in university, especially in perfecting teachers＇ psychological knowledge,improving the quality of research and teaching.
