摘 要:目前,国内对于患子宫肌瘤的患者,采用的治疗技术为性激素或手术治疗。由于子宫肌瘤组织大小的不同、个体间的差异以及射频消融过程中肿瘤组织的变化,较难建立系统精确的数学模型。因此,采用传统的PID调节不容易达到理想效果。基于嵌入式系统的模糊控制是采用自然语言结合对系统定性认识描述的控制算法,不依赖于系统确切的数学模型,是一种应用于子宫肌瘤射频消融微创疗法过程的有效控制方法,同时满足微创疗法的要求。仿真结果表明这种方法的临床效果比传统的PID模糊控制方法有所提高。Doctors should be kept uterine for patients of hysteromyoma in the course of treatment.The treatment technique of hysteromyoma in domestic adopts surgical treatment or sex hormone at present.Due to the different size of hysteromyoma, the individual differences and the change of hysteromyoma in the process of radiofrequency ablation, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model.Therefore, the traditional PID regulator can not achieve the desired result.In this paper, we propose the fuzzy control method based on embedded system for radiofrequency ablation on hysteromyoma.Furthermore, the method is suitable for effective invasive treatment of radiofrequency ablation on hysteromyoma and meets the requirements of Clinical hyperthermia of hysteromyoma.The results of the simulation and analysis show that the clinical effects increased 8% by the proposed method compared with the traditional PID method.
