摘 要:目的探讨急诊科护士核心能力培训的实践效果。方法将48名急诊护士分成三个层级并按核心能力培训计划进行培训。通过专业理论知识、护理技术操作的考试、急救技能及综合能力考评并总结护士每次考核的成绩,并进行患者满意度调查,对核心能力培训效果进行评价。结果核心能力培训后,48名护士专业知识、专业技能及综合能力、对危重病人的抢救成功率及患者满意度均显著高于培训前(均p<0.01)。结论实施核心能力培训,能有效提高急诊护理人员的专业技能和综合素质,提高危重病人抢救成功率和患者满意度,对护理服务质量的提高起到积极促进作用。Objective:To investigate the training methods for improving core competencies of nurses of emergency department.Methods: 48 selected nurses from emergency department were divided into three levels to carried out the training plan.The training plan containins the specialized knowledge,testing of nursing skills,ability to handle emergency and testing of comprehensive quality.The effects were evaluated by the scores of the nurses made in the tests and the investigation of patients'satisfaction.Results:The scores of nurses' professional knowledge, skills,comprehensive ability,salvage rate of intensive patients and the patient satisfaction showed significant differences before and after the training (p〈0.01).Conclusion:Training of core competencies of nurses contributes to the nurses'improvement of professional skills,comprehensive quality and salvage rate of intensive patients.It also helps to improve patients'satisfaction and quality of nursing service.
