摘　　要：目的探讨Galectin-1在人鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的mRNA和蛋白表达水平,及其在鼻咽癌发病中的意义。方法 Real-time RT-PCR法检测32例鼻咽癌组织及10例正常鼻咽上皮组织中Galectin-1的mRNA表达;免疫组织化学法检测对应组织石蜡切片中Galectin-1的蛋白表达。结果 Galectin-1在鼻咽癌中mRNA和蛋白的表达明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Galectin-1的高表达在转录水平上受到调节。结论鼻咽癌中Galectin-1基因高表达在NPC发病机制中具有重要意义。【Objective】 To investigate the mRNA and protein expression and significance of galectin-1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） and normal nasopharyngeal epithelial tissues （NNET）.【Methods】 The expression of galectin-1 mRNA in 32 cases of NPC and 10 cases of NNET were detected by real time reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction （real time RT-PCR）, and the immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the protein level. 【Results】The expression of galectin-1 was significantly higher in NPC than that in normal controls both in mRNA and protein levels （P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】 Galectin-1 gene is over-expressed in NPC, which may play an important role in the mechanism of NPC occurrence.
