摘　　要：通过对河北省农民工人口素质和培训情况的调研,分析现阶段农民工的特点,提出加强农民工职业教育要与农民工的就业、培训意愿以及重视农民工培训的社会理念相结合。According to the investigation about quality and training situation of rural migrant workers in Hebei Province,the authors analyze the characters of rural migrant workers at the present stage.The authors bring forward the idea that strengthening vocational education for rural migrant workers should be combined with the rural migrant workers’ employment and training wish,together with social concept of appreciating the training of rural migrant workers.
