摘  要:本文建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定乳粉中维生素C含量的方法。采用0.5%的草酸提取液对乳粉中维生素C进行提取,采用C18色谱柱,以磷酸缓冲盐为流动相,流速0.7ml/min,紫外检测器,检测波长266nm,维生素C质量浓度在1-250mg/L范围内线性关系良好,加标回收率为95.4%-99.5%。此方法操作简单,快速,准确,简化了样品前处理过程,可用于乳粉中维生素C的测定。A new method of detecting the conent of Vitamin C in the milk powder by using HPLC was established.A C18 column was used and the mobile phade was a maxture of phosphoric acid two hydrogen potassium buffer solution.The detector was VWD and the flow rate was 0.7ml/min and the detection wavelength was 266nm in the HPLC system.The standard working curve of Vitamin C had a good linear relation in the concentration range from 1-250mg/L.The recoveries were 95.4%-99.5%.The method was simple,fast,exact and suitable to detect the content of Vitamin C in the milk powder.
