目标管理在护士层级培训中的应用与效果评价

摘  要:目的探讨目标管理在护士层级培训中的应用与效果。方法应用目标管理方法对637名护士进行分层级培训,实施分阶段、分项目、集中与分散培训相结合的方法。比较培训前后不同层级护士基本理论知识和操作考核成绩的差别。结果培训后护士的理论和操作成绩较培训前高,培训前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论目标管理运用于护士层级培训中具有较好的导向作用,能充分调动护士主动学习的积极性,使护士分层级培训工作管理更加规范化、制度化、标准化,进而提高护士的理论和操作水平。Objective To explore the effect and application of objective management in multilevel nurse training. Methods Objective management was applied in the multilevel training of 637 nurses by way of multi-stage, multi-project and gathered or separate training. The basic theory and nursing manipulation examinations were compared among the nurse of different level between pre- and post- training. Results Nurses of various levels, after the training, gained higher grades in the basic theory and nursing manipulation examinations. By comparison, the difference was statistically significant (all P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Objective management provides superior guiding effect when applied to multilevel nurse training. It may stimulate the learning initiative of nurses and regulates, systemizes and standardizes the management of the multilevel training. Consequently, it optimizes the theoretical and operating ability of the nurses.
