摘　　要：在深入分析基础上,提出利用外资可以促进农业结构调整,优化农业结构过程中具有利用外资的内在动力,通过现有农业结构制约利用外资的因素分析,探索如何调整农业结构、有效引进农业项目与利用外资,并通过利用外资进行农业结构的调整与优化,采取有力措施,促成农业结构调整优化与利用外资的有效互动,加速我国农业现代化进程。Based on in-depth analysis, it was point out in the paper that the utilization of foreign capital promoting the adjustment of agricultural structure , the agricultural structure adjustment possessing the inherent power of utilzing the foreign investment, through the analysis of the existing agricultural structure factors restricting the use of foreign capital, explored how to adjust the agricultural structure and the effective introduction of agricultural projects and the effetual utilization of foreign capital, and through the use of foreign capital working on the adjustment and optimization of agricultural structure, a full range of effective measures are take to facilitate the adjustment and optimization of agricultural structure and to realize the effective interaction of utilizing foreign capital, speeding up the process of agricultural modernization in China.
