摘　　要：论述了民族地区农村剩余劳动力就地转移对非物质文化遗产保护及传承的重要性,提出了就地转移民族地区农村剩余劳动力,发展民族地区经济的构想。The importance of the local transfer of surplus rural labor to non-material cultural heritage protection and heritage in the ethnic areas were discussed.The concept of transferring the rural surplus labor force in minority areas and developing the economy in the ethnic areas was proposed.
