山东省胃癌高发区食物中微量元素的研究

摘　　要：为了探讨山东省栖霞县胃癌高死亡率与食物中微量元素的关系，用质子激发Ｘ射线荧光法（简称ＰＩＸＥ）测定该县和对照组（胃癌低发区）苍山县的面粉、玉米面和红薯中微量元素含量。结果表明：栖霞县三种食物中的镍含量非常显著地高于苍山县。To explore the relationship between the high mortality rate of gastric carcinoma and the levels of trace elements in the food,the samples,including flour,maize flour and sweet potato,taken from Qixia county,as a area with high incidence rates of gastric carcinoma and Cangshan county,as a control area,were analysed for the trace elements levels with protan induced X ray emission(PIXE) The results showed that the contents of nickle in three kinds of food from Qixia county were significantly higher than those from Cangshan county respectively It indicated that the foods with high level of nickle might be one of environmental factors resulting in gastric carcinoma
