摘　　要：将人工神经网络引入房地产估价领域,阐述了B—P神经网络的原理和特点,并提出基于B—P神经网络的房地产估价程序,为房地产估价提供了一种新的解决方法、一种新的思想。Artificial Neural Network is introduced into the field of real estate appraisal in this paper,this article elaborates the B—P neural network principle and its characteristics,also proposes the process of real estate appraisal based on B—P neural network,it is a new solution and idea for real estate evaluation.
