摘 要:[目的]研究杜仲叶挥发油的化学成分。[方法]杜仲叶经水蒸气蒸馏得挥发油,运用GC-MS技术,结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定。用峰面积归一法计算各组分相对含量。[结果]分离鉴定了38个化合物,占挥发油总量的96.18%。其中,含量在3%以上的组分有:叶醇(19.61%)、3四-氢呋喃甲醇(57.02%)、植醇(6.37%)。[结论]为进一步开发利用杜仲叶药用价值提供科学依据。[Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of the essential oil from leaf of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv..[Method] The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation.The specific chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.[Result] Thirty-eight volatile compounds were isolated and identified,accounting for 96.18% of the total oil.The main compounds with contents over 3%(V/V) were as follows: Cis-3-Hexenol(19.61%);3-Furylmethanol(57.02%);Phytol(6.37%).[Conclusion] The method could provide scientific basis for further development and utilization of medicinal value of E.ulmoides.
