摘 要:在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法对乙醇提取花生衣中原花色素工艺参数进行了优化。根据Boxbehnken中心组合试验设计原理,选取四因素三水平,以原花色素提取率为响应值进行响应面分析。模型方差分析表明,各因素对花生衣中原花色素提取影响作用的大小为:料液比>乙醇体积分数>时间>温度。最佳工艺提取参数为:料液比为1∶21(mg∶mL),乙醇体积分数为56%,提取时间为59min,提取温度为62℃,在该提取工艺条件下,原花色素的提取率为7.94%。On the basis of single factor test, a response surface method was applied to optimize the extraction technology of proanthocyanidin from peanut skin. According to Box-behnken central design, the influencing factors were determined by response surface with four factors and three levels. Using the extraction rate of proanthocyanidin as response value, the respone surface and contour were graphed. The variance model analysis showed the order of the influence was: liquid-solid ratio 〉 concentration of ethanol 〉 time 〉 temperature. The optimum extraction technique conditions were as follows: liquid-solid ratio 1:21, concentration of ethanol 56% , extraction time 59rain, extraction temperature 62℃. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the extraction rate of proanthcynidin was 7.94%.
