摘　　要：论文全面整理和挖掘了艾思奇有关马克思主义哲学如何中国化的思想,认为艾思奇在马克思主义哲学如何中国化方面有着一个"系统构想",内容十分丰富、具体和深刻,既有宏观的方向性的总体思路,又有具体的操作路径,这些思想,对于我们今天研究如何进一步推动马克思主义哲学中国化,具有十分重要的启示意义。This paper unearths and restructures in an all-round way the thought of Ai Siqi about how to localize Marxist philosophy in China. It holds that Ai Siqi had a systematic conception about how Marxist philosophy should be localized in China, whose content is rich, concrete and profound. It has not only a general way of thinking with a macro direction, but also a specific manipulating route. His ideas are of great enlightening significance to the research about how to further promote the localization of Marxist philosophy in China today, thus making up the deficiency concerning the study of his ideas in this field.
