摘 要:为了减小测量链和硬件结构给被测信号带来的测量不确定度,通过系统分析的方法建立了高压纳秒脉冲电压测量系统模型。根据模型分别用一阶差分方程法和卷积法实现了对测量系统特征参数的辨识,并给出了测量系统模型的最佳阶数的确定方法以及在此模型下对输出信号的拟合结果。根据对测量系统的辨识结果可以建立测量系统的输入输出特性,从而还原真实的被测信号。同样的方法还可以运用到对电流测量系统的分析及其他满足线性定常系统要求的测量中去。To minimize the measurement uncertainty due to the measurement chains and the hardware structure, the model of high voltage nanosecond pulse measurement system with systematic analysis method is developed. Based on this model, identification for the characteristic parameters of the measurement system with first order difference equation method and convolution method are realized respectively. The determination for the best order of the measurement model and data fitting result of the output signal are presented. The input and output characteristics of the measurement system can be established according to the identification result by which the signal under test can he reconstructed. The method presented can be applied to the analysis of current measurement system and other measurement which satisfied with the requirement for the linear time invariant system.
