口腔粘膜鳞状细胞癌基底膜蛋白的免疫组化研究——Ⅳ型胶原和LN的表达异常

摘　　要：目的：了解层粘连蛋白（ＬＮ）和Ⅳ型胶原在口腔粘膜鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况。方法：采用免疫组化之ＳＰＴＭ法对３０例口腔鳞状细胞癌，１０例正常口腔粘膜染色。结果：正常口腔粘膜基底膜ＬＮ和Ⅳ型胶原染色密度高，呈连续线状。鳞状细胞癌ＬＮ和Ⅳ胶原的染色密度。基底膜的连续性与肿瘤的分化程度呈负相关。结论：ＬＮ和Ⅳ型胶原的表达异常与肿瘤分化、浸润和转移有密切关系。Objective: To observe the expression of laminin(LN) and collagen Ⅳ expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Method:Samples from 30 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal mucosa were stained with immunohistochemical SP Tm method. LN and collagen Ⅳ protein expression was observed.Result:Strong expressin and continuous linear distribution of LN and collagen Ⅳ were observed in normal mucosa; while weak expression and disturbed distribution in oral squamous cell carcinoma, weaker expression and more disturbed distribution in less differentiated cases. Conclusion:The expression and distribution of LN and collagen Ⅳ is correlated with the differentiation of squamous cell carcinoma.
