摘　　要：详细观测了３０例充分暴露椎动脉上段的标本该段动脉的形态特点、毗邻关系及其在被动运动状态下的表现。The upper segments of the vertebral artery, dissected from 30 cases of adults head and neck samples, were morphologically observed and measured, and their neighboring relationship and morphological change during passive head movements were also recorded. With the observed morphological features, the causes of the vertebral-basilar ischemia and some surgical approaches for operations of the vertebral artery were discussed.
