钛涂层317L接骨板对相邻电子照射的软组织界面及炎性反应的影响

摘  要:钛涂层317L接骨板为实验材料,植入经9MeV电子照射30Gy后4周的犬右下颌骨体部,以未喷涂钛层的317L接骨板为对照组。术后3、6、12周用光镜观察接骨板相邻软组织界面及炎性反应。结果显示;钛涂层317L接骨板与相邻软组织界面结合紧密,呈生物性融合;未喷涂钛层的317L接骨板与相邻软组织界面结合松散,仅表现为~种简单贴合;植入的钛涂层317L接骨板相邻软组织炎性反应比未喷涂钛层的317L接骨板软组织炎性反应轻微。Titanium-coated 317L. stainless steel plates was implanted into the right side of the mandibular body of the dog who hadreceived 30 Gy radiation with 9 MeV electronic beam four weeks previously. Inflammatory reaction of the soft tissue and interfacebetween the plate and the soft tissue was observed with the light microsope (LM) in the 3rd, 6th and 12th weeks postoperation, andthe uncoated 317L plates were used as the control group in the experiment. The results showed that there was close con-junctionbetween titanium-coated 317L plate and the soft tissue, which was a bio-compabilitive conjunction while there was a loose, simpleadhesion between uncoated 317L plate and the soft tissue. Inflammation was slighter in the experimental group than in the controlgroup.
