摘 要:通过对隔振平台隔振特点的研究,采用主动隔振与被动隔振相结合的混合隔振技术,建立以空气弹簧为被动隔振元件、超磁致伸缩作动器为主动隔振元件的混合隔振系统;针对所设计的隔振平台系统在SIMULINK环境中进行PID控制仿真,并以被动隔振系统为比较对象,考察主动控制效果,并分析比较了考虑与不考虑厂房结构耦合时的控制效果;建立厂房及隔振平台系统的试验模型,进行结构模型试验。根据结构模型试验理论,设计并制作一个三层厂房及双层隔振平台模型,利用PID控制算法,测试系统的隔振效果,并将试验结果和理论分析、仿真结果进行对比分析。In this paper,vibration isolation platform of the characteristics of the study,active vibration isolation with a combination of passive hybrid vibration isolation technology,the establishment of air springs for passive vibration isolation components,giant magnetostrictive actuators for active vibration isolation high-precision equipment component vibration isolation system platform.According to the designed vibration isolation system,PID simulation is done in SIMULINK with the comparison for passive control system,studying the effect of active control,and we take comparison and research between situation with and without consideration of coupled structures.Establishing test model of platform system and structure and taking structure modal test.We design and manufacture a vibration isolation system and a three-tier structure model,testing the vibration effects with PID control algorithm,and the test results will be compared with the analysis results and simulation results.
