摘　　要：教师应改变教育观念,根据大学生的身心发展特点和教育规律,将素质教育与创新能力培养渗透在专业课的讲授中,培养出集知识、能力、素质和谐统一的高质量人才,以适应时代的发展要求。The teachers change their concepts of education, according to the characteristics of physical and mental development and education laws, penetrate the quality of education and innovation capacity-building in the professional teaching courses , cultivate the high-quality talents have knowledge, ability, quality in harmonious unity, in order to adapt to the times development.
