在“借”与“窃”之间:文学作品重译中的伦理僭越现象反思——以《呼啸山庄》两个汉译本为例

摘　　要：独创性当为文学名著重译的先决条件,换言之,重译者于参考、借鉴原有译本的同时,还理应在语言表达、风格传递等方面表现出一定的超越性,反之,如若过分依赖原有译本,或是假借鉴之名,行剽窃之实,重译即会失去存在的理据与价值。此外就实质而言,此类学术失范或学术不端行为还将进一步引发伦理规范方面的复杂问题。鉴于此,本文拟以《呼啸山庄》的两个汉译本为例,试就文学名著重译过程中的伦理僭越等现象进行批评与反思。Originality is exclusively attributive to literary retranslation in that the evaluation of a text retranslated is for the most part conducted in light of its creativeness.When a translator as a latecomer is excessively attached to his predecessor or predecessors,the efforts he has made will tend to be reduced to nil.On top of that,retranslation further involves ethical abusiveness when it comes to the balance between reference and plagiarism.As an adequate discussion is supposed to be constructive,the present study will be pivoted on a detailed analysis and criticism of what pertains to abuse of ethics in literary retranslation with reference to the retranslation of Emily Bront?'s Wuthering Heights.
