论我国政府农村职业教育管理职能演进的内在逻辑

摘　　要：中国近现代农村职业教育自1917年"中华职教社"成立至今已有90多年的历史,其间经历了萌芽、调整、改革、发展、提高等一系列纷繁过程。改革开放后,中国农村职业教育管理中政府职能实现了以下转变:在工作理念,从管理转向服务;职责范围,从无所不包转向有效统筹;工作体制,从管制转向理治;行为方式,从微观指挥转向宏观调控。The history of China Modern Vocational Education more than 90 years since ＂Chinese Vocational Education Society＂ has been founded in 1917,which has experienced a series of intricate process of the germination,adjustment,reform,development,and improvement.After the reform and opening up,China rural vocational education management of the government functions have achieved the following changes： transform the concept of work from management to service;shift from all-encompassing to effective co-ordination in terms of reference;turn the working system from the control to the governance;the micro command to macro regulation and control in behavior.
