摘 要:在学习英语语言"听、说、读、写"四项技能中,听力理解是英语学习中一门重要的专业主干课程,它对整个英语学习具有促进作用。然而在每年入学的大一新生中,总有一部分英语听力困难学生。从观察、分析听力困难学生所存在问题及形成的原因着手,并通过测试的实证研究,找出问题的症结所在。针对这些问题与困难,在教学实践中采取一系列具体的相应对策,从而使英语听力困难学生的转变取得了令人满意的效果。In the English language learning: "Listening, Speaking, Reading and writing" the four skill abilities, Listening comprehension is an important main course in English teaching and it can promote the learning of English. However, it always has some freshmen with English listening difficulties entering the college each year. From the observation and analysis of the problems that the difficult students have as well as its cause of formation, the crux of the problems have been found out by a research of empirical test. In order to solve these problems and difficulties, a series of concrete countermeasures have been taken in the teaching practice, such as : overcoming the psychological barriers-reducing anxiety in learning process and eliminating sense of inferiority; solving the present condition that their language basic knowledge is not solid ; guiding students to use listening skills ; enhancing extra-curricular listening training ; making full use of multimedia to practice listening and so on. In the change process of difficult students with listening, teacher and students work together. They have devoted tremendous enthusiasm, paid amount of energy and hardship, aroused students' learn- ing conscious activity and strengthened the self - confidence in their study. And then the teacher and students' concept has been changed and they have also got a rise on the cognition. Finally, the change of the difficult students with English listening has got a satisfactory achievement.
