产学研合作:高校青年教师在岗培养的有效途径

摘　　要：基于青年教师在岗培训的必要性和存在的主要问题,提出产学研结合是高校青年教师在岗培养的有效途径。高校应积极制订教师产学研在岗培养计划,创建产学研践习基地和产学研合作平台,建立健全运行机制、评价机制、保障机制和激励机制。The essay,based on analysis of existing problems with young faculty’s on-the-job training,aims to study an effective way of integrating research and industry into instruction to train young teachers at work.It points out that colleges and universities should actively formulate workable plans,establish fieldwork bases and cooperative platforms for combining instruction with research and industrial development,and perfect the mechanisms of operation,assessment,assurance and stimulation.
