摘 要:目的探讨基础护理技能教学中追加反馈的频率对教学效果的影响。方法随机抽取护理专业2005级2个专科班的85名学生分为控制班(42人)、实验班(43人)。在基础护理操作技能教学中控制班追加反馈的反馈频率为100%;实验班为25-30%。结果控制班在技能获得阶段操作成绩显著高于实验班(P<0.01),但在随后保持阶段的测试中成绩逐渐下降;实验班则在技能保持阶段的成绩显著高于控制班(P<0.01)。结论追加反馈的频率对基础护理操作技能的教学效果有明显影响。100%的追加反馈可以保证技能习得阶段的表现却不利于技能的保持;减少反馈频率可以减少学习者对反馈的依赖,从而有利于技能的保持。Objective To explore the augmented feedback on different frequency which influence the learning of fundamental nursing operative skills.Methods This research selected samples of 85 junior nursing students in grade 2005who were divided into control class(42) and experimental class(43).Augmented feedback was adopted to the control class,in which the frequency is 100%,The summary augmented feedback was adopted to the experimental class,in which the frequency is 25-30%,Results The performance of control class in the stage of practicing is significantly superior to that of experimental class(P0.01),but it gradually decreased in the stage of retention.Performance of experimental class in the retention stage is with great difference to control class(P0.01).Conclusion 100%relative frequency of augmented feedback can ensure the better performance in the stage of practicing,but not do favor to retention of skill.The summary augmented feedback is helpful for learning of nursing operative skills.
